In our continuous pursuit to cultivate and elevate the next generation of leaders, we are thrilled to announce the commencement of application acceptance for the Leadership Summer School 2024. This initiative is specially designed to enrich the educational journey of students by offering an immersive experience in Leadership, Business, Marketing, Emotional Intelligence, and Personal Development.

The Leadership Summer School represents a hallmark project of the Mummert Alumni Association, now proudly organizing its sixth edition. Our association was founded by numerous alumni of the Rochus and Beatrice Mummert Foundation’s scholarship program to promote the vision of our founders. The Association is in close contact with Germany, as the founding members have completed a master’s degree in Cologne or Aachen with the foundation’s support. These up-and-coming managers have gained relevant professional experience in an international environment, which allows them to return the favor.

Our core mission is to empower students and young professionals from Central and Southeastern Europe to actively contribute towards the sustainable growth and development of their native regions. This mission is actualized through stimulating social development, competitive spirit, and cultural exchange among the youth of these regions. More about our Association you can find on our website, or we can always organize an official meeting in order to introduce our Association.

The program promises a robust curriculum designed to impart a holistic understanding of leadership dynamics and their practical application in various spheres of life. Participants will benefit from an engaging mix of interactive workshops, motivational talks by eminent personalities from the industry, and hands-on activities, all aimed at developing their leadership prowess and ability to influence positively.

Set against the scenic backdrop of Stuttgart, Germany, from August 6th to 16th, the program will host an exclusive group of 25 participants from Central and Southeastern Europe.
